The 10-year guarantee

For some products, the commercial warranty includes free coverage for an initial period, followed by a gradual decrease in subsequent years. Details and applicable percentages for each product type are specified below:

Bed base, headboard, mattress, free for 5 years: 30% in the 6th year, 20% in the 7th year, 15% in the 8th year, 10% in the 9th year, 5% in the 10th year.

This warranty does not apply to mattresses for convertible sofas and wall beds.

Wall bed frame and front, free for 5 years: 35% in the 6th year, 30% in the 7th year, 25% in the 8th year, 20% in the 9th year, 15% in the 10th year.

Wall bed mechanism, free for 5 years: 45% in the 6th year, 35% in the 7th year, 30% in the 8th year, 25% in the 9th year, 15% in the 10th year.

Sofa frame, free for 5 years: 35% in the 6th year, 30% in the 7th year, 25% in the 8th year, 20% in the 9th year, 15% in the 10th year.

Convertible sofa mechanism (8 years after the end of the legal conformity period with a degressive rate): 50% in the 3rd year, 30% in the 4th year, 20% in the 5th year, 15% in the 6th year, 12% in the 7th year, 10% in the 8th year, 8% in the 9th year, 5% in the 10th year.

Convertible and wall bed mattresses (8 years after the end of the legal conformity period with a degressive rate): 50% in the 3rd year, 30% in the 4th year, 20% in the 5th year, 15% in the 6th year, 12% in the 7th year, 10% in the 8th year, 8% in the 9th year, 5% in the 10th year.
